Looking for space for your community program? Our schools offer flexible, affordable indoor and outdoor spaces year-round.

Indoor Rentals

From September to June, indoor spaces are available school days from 5:30pm–9:30pm (later if custodial coverage is available). Elementary gyms usually  book in 5:30–7:30pm or 7:30–9:30pm time slots. Weekend hours are typically 8am–6pm, and summer rentals run weekdays, 7:30am–3:30pm. Some dates—such as holidays, PA Days, and the start of the school year—are unavailable.

Outdoor Rentals

Outdoor spaces are available May to September, weather and field conditions permitting. More details are provided on the Outdoor Rentals page.

Available Spaces

We offer gymnasiums, auditoriums, secondary classrooms, cafeterias, and sports fields. Specialized rooms (e.g., labs, tech rooms, weight rooms) are not available for rental.

Ideal for Community Programs

Our facilities support a wide range of community programs, from academic support and parent classes to sports, youth groups, theatre, and wellness activities.

Prohibited Activities

School facilities may not be used in any manner contrary to the Ministry of Education, Lambton Kent or St. Clair Catholic District School Board’s Rules & Regulations. More details are provided on the Rules & Regulations page.

Priority of Use

The primary use of school facilities, building and grounds, is for the delivery of education to students. School day activities, extra-curricular activities and parent involvement activities organized or administered by the school/board have priority of use of space during and after regular school hours. Applications are NOT approved solely on a first-come, first-serve basis. When rentable spaces are not required, outside regular school hours, for school/board programs and rental groups desire the same time fame and the same location the following factors will be taken into consideration, the rental category and activity, potential for alternative venues, previous history of the rental group and long-term bookings versus single use bookings. As school boards, our primary goal is to, whenever possible, provide access to not-for-profit organizations running programs for local youth.
