Community Use of Schools - AV Request Form

  • Requested school/facility? * Required
  • If there is more than one date in your permit that requires AV Tech support you will have the opportunity to include that information later in this form.

  • The start time shown on your permit is when you will be given access to enter the school.

  • Depending on your event, you may need the AV Tech at the venue 30 minutes to an hour before the event begins for set-up, sound check etc.

  • Do you require AV tech support for the duration of the event, or just for a portion of the event? For example, some groups book the cafeteria for a meal after the theatre portion of their event.

  • The end time show on your permit is when you will be expected to have vacated the school.

  • Onsite AV Tech consult required? * Required
    The AV Tech contractor will contact you before the event to do a comprehensive assessment of your needs, this will happen by email and/or phone. Would you prefer to meet with the AV Tech contractor at the school, before your event, to discuss your AV Tech needs?

  • Stage lighting needs? * Required
  • Video needs? * Required
    If you require use of the projector and screen, please indicate what will be fed to the projector. [check all that apply]

    Some events run for more than one date, there may be a rehearsal night, where AV support is required, prior to the event/show.

If its hot in a tin can why are students required to ask.... genuinely curious as this was never a rule enforced in the10 years my kids were bussed to me 30 kids asking to open their windows us a huge distraction.
