Community Use of Schools - AV Request Form

  • If there is more than one date in your permit that requires AV Tech support you will have the opportunity to include that information later in this form.

  • The start time shown on your permit is when you will be given access to enter the school.

  • Depending on your event, you may need the AV Tech at the venue 30 minutes to an hour before the event begins for set-up, sound check etc.

  • Do you require AV tech support for the duration of the event, or just for a portion of the event? For example, some groups book the cafeteria for a meal after the theatre portion of their event.

  • The end time show on your permit is when you will be expected to have vacated the school.

  • Onsite AV Tech consult required? * Required
    The AV Tech contractor will contact you before the event to do a comprehensive assessment of your needs, this will happen by email and/or phone. Would you prefer to meet with the AV Tech contractor at the school, before your event, to discuss your AV Tech needs?

    Some events run for more than one date, there may be a rehearsal night, where AV support is required, prior to the event/show.

Zone 2 needs to be canceled

We are zone 2 but on the chipmunk app says the bus is cancelled so a bit confusing

Under "click here for delays" it list every bus as canceled but says all zones are running except 1 and 4. I'm very confused.

The app says all buses but the rest of the media says 1 and 4 only

Came here with the same question... in zone 2 and in the app it says my kiddos bus is cancelled?

How do we know what zone we are?

I called the bus company. My son’s bus is running.

Lots of conflicting information this morning. both on the Chipmunk app and the Class website....

Maybe that bus drives.multiple zones?
