The decision to cancel school buses is not made lightly. Our spotters are out early in the mornings across all zones checking out road conditions and keeping student's safety top of mind. Those out on the road will recommend closure in their zone based on conditions.

My son's school bus slid 15 feet in front of us on black ice this morning. I pointed it out to my son, a great teaching moment about black ice on the road and how far they slide.

Side streets are a sheet of ice. Hope spotters are looking at side streets.

Buses should have been cancelled today.

CLASS doesn’t see these responses . CALL them!!!

I received my chipmunk noticed yesterday when buses were canceled..but the day was half over before it came through🤣

Try sending the actual alerts out earlier in the morning. 705 is no good when the child boards the bus at 644

CLASS Shared School Services So both the chipmunk app and the cklass website tell me my childs bus for this afternoon is cancelled. Is that true. How are kids getting home from school?

My child is in zone 8. The chipmunk app shows the zone 7 testing is complete and that ALL buses are running this afternoon. I called the 1-800 # posted above and confirmed that was all correct. That might be the best way for them to know if it worked 🤷🏼‍♀️
